Lockdown has meant that the conferences I was due to attend in person, to present posters of my work to date, didn't happen... what did happen was the brilliant Social BRIDGES e-conference, hosted by the Institute of Psychology at the Bundeswehr University in Munich. It took place on 22-24 July 2020, and brought together over 40 speakers from 14 countries and a total of 38 research institutions who shared their findings on the influences of the COVID-19 pandemic on society, behaviour and psychology.
I was one of the lucky ECRs who presented a poster in the form of a five minute presentation complete with audio, which I've linked here. The document introduces my Springtime in Lockdown study, and outlines the methods I adopted and some initial findings. It was my first attempt at recording audio to go with a presentation and while it took a while I can definitely recommend it as a format and for practicing your prized content out loud.
